The Cooper Insurance Agency was founded on January 2, 1980. David Cooper started in the insurance business 1969, and in 1980 established the David Cooper Insurance Agency.

Lori Bumpus joined the agency in 1987. Lori purchased the agency as of January 1, 2005 renaming it The Cooper-Bumpus Agency.

The business has grown from a start up agency to a successful multi line independent agency. David and his wife Linda have worked in the agency together since its inception.

Their staff includes Lori Bumpus, David Bumpus, Leah Jenkins and David Cooper as licensed producers. Shannon Craft, Linda Cooper, Jeanette Clark and Kim Powell are licensed customer service representatives.

The agency provides outstanding services in auto, home, life, health, business and annuity products. Our goal is to provide the best service and most competitive products to our clients.
