You’ll find us in Taylorville, Illinois, just 30 miles south of Springfield.

We are licensed for 90 beds and are Medicare and Medicaid approved.

Our residents represent a cross-section of life in the Midwest - we have retired professionals, laborers, and homemakers living in our facility.
