Richland Community College serves residents of Macon County and parts of Christian, DeWitt, Logan, Moultrie, Piatt, Sangamon, and Shelby Counties. The College serves approximately 7,600 students annually through its main campus, Clinton Extension Center, Fairview Park Plaza Extension Center, and Heartland Technical Academy. The Continuing and Professional Education Division provides professional development courses, community education courses, and workforce training to over 4,000 people annually.
