Carle's Info 2 Know Group is held the third Thursday of each month from noon - 1 p.m. at Mills Breast Cancer Institute in the 3rd floor conference room. Anyone interested in breast cancer can discover strategies for optimizing health, enhancing well-being and managing stress while battling this disease. Each session features a guest speaker who will bring you up to date on the latest research and wellness tips. Bring your own lunch.
