What have you heard about China, and how much of it is accurate? Based on 5 years’ experience taking EIU students to China to study culture and usage of plants, Dr. Tucker will cover modern Chinese customs, culture, and cuisine, from the backdrop of the diversity of landscape and lifestyles in modern China. Participate in a tea-tasting session, with several unusual varieties of green and red teas. The final session will be held over lunch at a local Chinese restaurant.
