Eat Smart, Being Active—(Cooking and Nutrition Class brought to you by U of I Extension)

Eating Smart, Being Active is an Expanded Food and Nutrition education Program (EFNEP) curriculum for adults. The curriculum was created by a partnership between Colorado State University Extension and the University of California at Davis. Each lesson will include food and nutrition information, along with cooking and sampling recipes and then partaking in some physical activity. The U of I Extension will offer 8 complete lessons and participants who attend at least six lessons will receive a graduation certificate for the program. Please register in person or by calling 485-5558 by March 5.
