Our annual Spring Workshop features 3 Guest Speakers, the first is Sandy Mason, U of I Educator. Her topic is "No-Fuss No-Muss Trees & Shrubs". The second speaker is Lisa Campbell, co-owner of Danville Gardens, speaking on "New Plants You Don't Want to Miss". Lunch is now served by the Master Gardeners. During this time you can also shop the numerous vendors at our Spring Festival. Don't forget to sign up for the many door prizes being given away, check out the Silent Auction Items and the Raffle Prizes.
The afternoon speaker is Trudi Temple, she is the founder of Market Day, a fund raising tool for our schools. Trudi is a dynamic speaker and her garden is a delight to the eye, a privileged stroll through a magical place. She is a woman for whom every hardship is a new opportunity to love.
The Festival is free and open to the public. The workshop fee is $14 and lunch is $6, you must pre-register for the workshop and can do that by calling the Extension Office at 217-442-8615 or register online at www.extension.uiuc.edu/cfiv
