Volunteer Orientation - Provena Faith in Action

The mission of Faith in Action is to provide spiritual, emotional, and physical assistance to seniors with long-term health needs and their caregivers. This help is provided through an interfaith network of trained volunteers of all ages, from congregations and organizations in the community. We offer seniors services such as transportation to medical appointments, light housekeeping, minor home repairs, assistance with shopping/errands, fall yard clean up and friendly home visits.
Anyone who is interested in volunteering with Faith in Action just needs to attend one orientation session. Call (217) 337-2022 to register.
Orientation sessions are available on the following dates:
Thursday, February 9th, 6-7:30pm
Wednesday, March 14th, 10:30-Noon
Tuesday, April 3rd, 6-7:30pm
Wednesday, May 9th, 10:30-noon
